Barbara was great to work with. We planned a 10-day road trip up the California coast line from San Diego through L.A. and we ended in San Francisco. Barbara took care of all the organization and shopping for tickets, car rental, hotels etc. She listened to our interests with 2 kids and gave plenty of choices for things to do. I highly recommend working with her for all types of travel planning. The trip was amazing and stress free.

I went through Barbara to book a cruise for a group of 12. I had an awesome experience. Barbara was excellent with timely, thorough, and patient communication(I had a lot of questions). She helped us every step of the way! We booked our hotel in the port city, transfers and cruise all through her. Barbara was our advocate and gave us good tips for cruising. She sent each family magnets half way to our vacation, which ignited excitement. In the final days leading up to our cruise, Barabra sent each family a little care package that contained all the paperwork, tags, and door magnets. Her thoughtfulness and celebration with us in that moment made it even more exciting. Barbara’s follow up was excellent and truly cares about her customers experience. Cruise Planners provides professional, comprehensive travel planning services. They recently helped coordinate a trip for 14 adults, including my husband and me. We had an absolutely wonderful 6 week vacation. Barbara Visco did a wonderful job of putting all the details together, even though the middle cruise of our trip was canceled. She filled in every blank and dotted every I when she had to put together how to get us from England to Italy by land. It was absolutely great. We got to see Paris France, Geneva Switzerland then to Italy. She put together all our trains, hotels, private drivers and excursions We have not one complaint about our trip. Nicole and I had a dream vacation to the Norwegian fjords on Cunard Queen Anne. Would recommend this ship to all. Barbara Visco is all that an advisor could ever hope to be. She was always available to answer any questions, no matter how trivial, and in my case the same question more than once! She was always very kind and upbeat. From the moment I called Cruise Planners to even weeks after our trip, the attention we received from Barbara was superb!! She was so helpful in finding additional savings for our cruise, arranging transfers, supplying maps and information on our destinations and answering any questions that came up as we planned our trip. We hadn’t traveled for several years and were a bit hesitant, but her planning helped our journey to and from destinations go smoothly! Most of our interactions were done by phone and text but she even managed to bring us a “travel folder “ with all our necessary documents completely organized to our home prior to departure. This was our first cruise, and Barbara was knowledgeable and patient as she walked as through the planning, purchasing, and cruise itself. He spent time and got to know me and our family on a phone call and asked a bunch of questions about what we wanted out of our vacation. Then he did the research and presented us with options. Connecting with David to plan my vacation to the Dominican Republic was the best decision I could have made. We stayed at an all-inclusive resort in an unfamiliar country, and went on daily excursions tailored to meet exactly what we were looking for. They stayed in touch every step of the way, making certain I knew everything I was supposed to take care of such as what I can and cannot bring on the plane, the COVID testing that needed to be done for the return trip, the current rules in the airports, and what I should expect to experience.
